Solicit, Record, Monitor and Control Requirements A presentation on how to solicit, record, monitor, and control project customer requirements. A requirement is a capability to which a project outcome (product or service) should conform. Requirements management is the process of documenting, analyzing, tracing, prioritizing and agreeing on requirements. During the course of a project, requirements can change. Requirements management is therefore a continuous process used throughout a project to control and communicate any changes to relevant stakeholders. Likewise, the requirements management process includes reporting on the status of the project's deliverables and how well they meet the approved requirements. |
