2022 IEEE LI Power Electronics Symposium

2022 Summary


After a two-year COVID-induced hiatus, the fourth annual Long Island Power Electronics Symposium & Exhibits was held on 2022 November 3 from noon to 8 PM at the Hauppauge Radisson located at 110 Motor Parkway, Hauppauge LI. All area professionals involved in all sectors of power electronics were invited.

At the event, 55 companies showcased their products and services in a 49-table exhibit hall packed with attendees, while two technical lecture tracks took place in separate chambers. After a complimentary networking lunch, the lectures were kicked off with the keynote address “Challenges and Potential Solutions for Future Electric Aircraft” by Fang Luo of Stony Brook University. All eight technical lectures were approved for CEU/PDH credit.

The official attendance count at the Symposium was 456, including lecturers, exhibitors and general attendees.
